Abstract

The study highlights that church management is a theological concept with a strong biblical foundation. Management in the church does not occur in a vacuum. It starts and ends with God and His spiritual leadership of His church. God is the supreme source of insightful 
issues of church management. God wants His church to be efficient and effective in their operations, ministry, and mission to the heathen world.
