Abstract

Creating a conducive environment for retention and holistic growth in the Adventist Church is indispensable. Losing new members to the world after many years of labor is painstakingly unbearable. This article explores the biblical principles for creating an environment that fosters retention and growth. In light of SPD For Christ, every church in the SPD must create space for growth while embarking on efforts to reach the unreached.
